Wi-Fi within the hospitality, healthcare, and education environments are particularly demanding on integrators. These environments often need to serve many concurrent connections within close proximity. To complicate things further, there are different types of users and user groups such as guests, scholars or staff, for which different rules and policies need to be applied.

The Cambium Networks cnPilot e425H addresses both these challenges by offering a reduced price point but still provides top-class access.  The cnPilot e425H can handle up to 100 concurrent connections, providing state-of-the-art 802.11ac Wave 2 Wi-Fi performance and features a 15.4W Power over Ethernet (PoE) pass-through to power up and connect additional access points or third-party devices such as VoIP phones and IP cameras.

Cambium’s cnPilot e425H access point provides up to 16 SSIDs (network names), enabling integrators to provide a tailored experience to the different types of users. Additionally, installation is a breeze with Cambium’s revolutionary zero-touch onboarding feature that allows integrators to preconfigure all their access points by claiming their devices using the serial numbers. The on-site installation team simply have to plug the access point into an internet connection for the access point to work.

Both the cnPilot e425H and e430H have PoE Out and support 802.11ac Wave 2 standards-based beamforming making them perfect for multi-dwelling units (MDUs) – or just about any place indoors requiring a wall-mounted access point.
